Award & Contract
Upon successful evaluation and selection, the Public Agency Trade Management Group (PATMG) will formally award the contract to the selected Supplier/Contractor. This section outlines the key terms and procedures governing the award and subsequent contractual obligations.
Contract Award Notification
The successful bidder will receive a formal award notification from PATMG, including the contract documents and instructions for acceptance. This notification serves as an official invitation to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Contract Formation and Signing
- Contracts may be signed electronically or physically at the discretion of PATMG.
- The Contractor must provide all requested documentation, including legal representatives and authorizations, before contract finalization.
- Failure to comply with documentation requirements may result in contract withdrawal and award to the next eligible bidder.
Contract Terms and Conditions
The contract will detail the scope of work, timelines, payment terms, deliverables, quality standards, and penalties for non-compliance. Both parties agree to adhere strictly to these terms.
Performance Guarantees
Contractors may be required to submit performance guarantees or bonds to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations. These guarantees protect PATMG against delays, defaults, or failure to deliver as agreed.
Contract Management & Monitoring
PATMG will actively monitor contract performance through regular reports, site visits, and inspections. Any deviations from the contract will be addressed promptly to ensure compliance and quality.
Payment Schedule
- Payments will be made according to milestones or delivery schedules outlined in the contract.
- Invoices must be submitted promptly, with supporting documents as required.
- Late delivery or non-conformance may result in withholding or deductions from payments.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the contract will be settled through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws applicable to PATMG’s location.
Contract Termination
PATMG reserves the right to terminate the contract in cases of breach, failure to deliver, insolvency, or other serious violations. Termination procedures will comply with applicable laws and provide for fair settlement of obligations.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all contract-related information, data, and communications, during and after contract execution.
